HOW SESSIONS WORK
- Sessions are 60 minutes
- Available in person (Christchurch) or online
- Regular sessions are recommended for best results
FUNDING OPTIONS
Funding may be available depending on your situation.
- I am hope / Gumboot Friday
- Work and Income (WINZ) Available for eligible clients with a GP or psychiatrist referral.
- Your EAP organisational provider may pay for your counselling
- Some charity organisations also can provide funding depending on your location
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

A charge may apply to late cancellations or missed appointments
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes
Payment is due within three days of your session (online banking)
